中国网络大学（筹）是浙江省求是经济管理科学研究院等有关单位，根据国家行政许可法等法律法规发起成立的互联网及线上线下教育的大家学平台，旨在为更多的人创造更多、更好、更方便、更适合的学习机会 。
China Network University is an online and offline mass learning platform built by Zhejang Qiushi Economy and Management Academy of Sciences under the China Administrative Permission Law as well as some other related laws and regulations. The platform is aiming to create more learning opportunities which are better, more convenient， more suitable for more people.
浙江省求是经济与管理科学研究院源于1997年成立于求是园的杭州年代专修学校，主要业务范围是：政府规划、企业咨询、国际合作与交流、培训、教材与案例编写等。目标是打造“中国南方的权威智库、经济管理的信息库和一流的经济商学院”；
Zhejiang Qiushi Economy and Management Academy of Sciences stems from Hangzhou Era Institute, which was founded in Qiushiyuan in the year of 1997. Its primary services are government planning, business consulting, international cooperation and exchanges, training, compilation of teaching material and cases. The goal of the academy is to build an authoritative think tank of South China, the information base of economic management and a first-class business school.
浙江省求是经济与管理科学研究院以“博学而笃志、切问而近思”为宗旨，以“求是、创新、开放、国际化”为主要特色，集聚了一大批海内外同样有理想、有朝气、有爱心、有专业的专家人才和工作人员，直面企业和经济成长与社会发展现实中的理想、目标、知识、经验、人才等核心问题，密切理论与实践的结合，融合古今、贯通中西，促进管理实践与管理理论的可持续提升；搭建了一流的经济管理商学院的开放平台；在此基础上，经过新的发展，我们联合了一些机构共同搭建了这个在线教育大家学的初步平台，并将持续的升级，引进更多的大学及优质教育资源，不断满足社会的需要，以成就更多人的梦想，建设更加美好的社会。
With the goal of being knowledgeable, determined, inquisitive and thoughtful and the feature of seeking truth from facts, “innovation, opening to outside and internationalization, the academy has gathered many experts and people who have dreams, vigor, love and professional knowledge at home and abroad. Combining theory and practice, the past and nowadays, home and abroad, we are directly dealing with the core problems like dreams, goals, knowledge, experience and talents in the process of business, economic and social development, thus promoting sustainable up-gradation of the theory and practice of management. We’ve built a first-class open platform of economy and management business school upon which we’ve built this mass-learning platform by cooperating with certain organizations. We’ll continue upgrade this platform and introduce more universities and outstanding educational resources in order to meet the needs of society; to make more dreams come true and to build a better world.
